How to unpack Microsoft core fonts (.exe)

Hi,

I would like to install the true type fonts provided by Microsoft in
my /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/TTF directory. They are downloadable in
files named like arial32.exe. But how do I unpack these files?
