XFree86 logfile problem

Hello everyone


After doing a fresh install accordcing to the FreeBSD gnome
page, i.e.

# pkg_delete -rf pkgconfig\*
# cd /usr/ports/x11/gnome2
# make clean
# make install clean
       

I have trouble running "startx" from a regular user, I'm getting
the following message:

Fatal server error: Cannot move old logfile
"/var/log/XFree86.O.log.old"

Anyone knows what this is?
