Kernel panic: clist reservation botch?

Hi,

I keep getting kernel panics... 

panic: clist reservation botch.

This happens when I ping -f and play mp3s (mpg123).

Anyway, I didn't think masses of ICMP packets going in and out
would cause this... Could it be faulty hardware... Network card?
