4.8 stable make installworld problems

*default host=cvsup2.FreeBSD.org
*default base=/usr
*default prefix=/usr
*default release=cvs tag=RELENG_4
*default delete use-rel-suffix

src-all
ports-all tag=.
doc-all tag=.
