jdk14+tomcat5 crashing box

Thanks for the input, but the problem seems to have been fixed.  Here's what I
did:
1. cvsup'd to 5.2 RC
2. upgraded to tomcat 5.0.16

PS.  Using native threads (-lc_r not -pthread)
