How do I have sendmail forward emails from root...

In /etc/mail, I ran:
make cf maps aliases install stop start

after every change...

More info, now that I think of it. The mail server is getting the
emails, but kicks it back because
the the "From:"  header has an unknown host.
root at dual.mmercer.com

How do I remedy this?
