Natd, ethernet interface with aliases.

I have natd running on an old 486 in my flat, which has two ISA
network cards, one connecting me to a nearby building, and, that puts me
online, however, I have a problem.

       inet6 fe80::200:21ff:fe20:f11%ed2 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x2
       inet netmask 0xffffffe0 broadcast
       inet netmask 0xffffff00 broadcast
       ether 00:00:21:20:0f:11

Everything I try send out to and above, 31, 32, etc, etc.
It doesn't "translate", tcpdump shows the packets coming directly from
my internal hosts...

Is there anyway to solve this? Or is there a reason why it won't work?
