Realtek 8201BL PHY 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet

Realtek 8201BL PHY　10/100 BASE-T Ethernet
is being major ethernet chip recently.
(ASUS A7N8X-VM etc...)

this chip is not supportted in FreeBSD 5.1 Release,
and I tried to work this chip in 5.1,however,I found 5.1 didn't recognize this chip.

So I do want next 5.2 Release to support this chip.

I am proud of FreeBSD.
