Jail Duplication and du wierdness

Lo all,

  I wanted to ask if I cp -R or cp -Rp a jail to a new
path will it work as expected? I tried to copy one
just recently with both commands, and the resulting
path seems to report a different du -h size. I
compared the 2 trees and even diffed the files in the
trees and they seem to be the same, although du is
still reporting them as different. Any ideas whats
going wrong here?
