Problems when compiling RELENG_4 kernel.

I'm trying to compile a RELENG_4 (just cvsupped) kernel but get the 
following error when doing make depend:

Stop in /usr/src/sys/modules.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src/sys/compile/FLASHZGI.


What is wrong ?
