The NetGear FA310TX is a nice card. It's been discontinued for a while
now, but can be occasionally found cheaply on closeout. For example,
overstock.com has the SB104 kit right now: two 25-foot Cat5 cables, a
four-port hub, and two FA310TX cards. $19.99 for the entire kit, so it
falls just outside of the $20 range you wanted to avoid. 8-)
