/etc/mail/aliases.db out of date

You updated /etc/mail/aliases, probably by running mergemaster, but
you didn't regenerate the aliases.db file from the aliases file -- and
it's aliases.db being older than aliases which sendmail is complaining

Fix is simple.  Just run:

    # newaliases
