There is, yes. The best way I have found is to subscribe to a free DNS service
such as DYNU (www.dynu.com). You run a client side process that updates your
IP address with their DNS server. You can use one of their hostnames (for
example niynet.dynu.com, which is mine), or for a little cash you can have
your own (www.whatever.com). Works great for me.
