  You'll need to edit your /etc/rc.conf, the config should look something
  like this:

  static_routes="private public"
  route_private="   -net 10.0.0.0      -interface 10.0.0.1"
  route_public="    -net 212.1.2.0     -interface 212.1.2.1"

  "private" and "public" are just names, you can have only one, or
  you can have twenty, change the names as you please.

  try:  "sysctl net.inet.ip.forwarding=1"
