vinum concat and disk failure

If you only have one plex, you'll lose the data on that drive only.

In the unlikely event that you can still access the file system, you
can use normal tools to copy them, etc.  But it's unlikely that there
will be much left to recover.  That's why Vinum includes methods such
as RAID-[145].
