my fault, forgot to copy those rules to the list :

04100 allow tcp from any to 127.0.0.1 53
04200 allow udp from any to 127.0.0.1 53
04300 allow udp from 127.0.0.1 53 to any
04400 allow tcp from 127.0.0.1 53 to any
