update to mercurial 5.4.1, bring bang setup.py autoplist fix, add extension
compat message

Maybe keep unsuffixed version e.g., 
- ${PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX:N-py27} for Python 2 (like in ports r538844)
- ${PYTHON_PKGNAMESUFFIX:N-py${PYTHON3_DEFAULT:S/.//}} for Python 3
