Missing dependency for py-certbot

devel/py-jsonpickle doesn't depend on devel/py-importlib-metadata

Upstream declared it as a dependency 2 months ago [1] in 1.4

setup.cfg:
install_requires =
	importlib_metadata; python_version<"3.8"

Note: It was unconditional (all python versions) until 4 days ago:
