security/py-kerberos: Fix name type for BASE and HEIMDAL

*   Ensure GSSAPI_BASE and GSSAPI_HEIMDAL builds accept the same principal
    name type (GSS_C_NT_HOSTBASED_SERVICE) as GSSAPI_MIT.
