python and/or py-sqlite3 BUG

[Auld Besom]

Hi.

I'm getting the error below, but no amount of grepping locates
the string 'python-2.7.2.tar.xz', and so I can't change the
reference to 2.7.3, which is current.    Can you help?  Thanks.
