xz of a ofwdump -ap on a PowerMac11,2 (2 socket/2-cores-each)

Also of use in another PowerMac effort going on (timebase
matching across cores/cpus).

Note Bug 233863 should never have been declared fixed
overall: the report spans more issues than were fixed.
