Source for Mac bootloader?

The bootloader source is found in stand/, which is split by common
code and architecture.  The mac-relevant portions are under stand/ofw/
and stand/powerpc/, more particularly under stand/powerpc/boot1.chrp
and stand/powerpc/ofw.
