ppc64 hangs at loader while booting PowerMac G5 from 10.1R CD installer

FYI am getting similar symptoms on boot here.


With 2 CDRs left, I'm going to try 10.1Release (32-bit) .iso  and 
11-Current powerpc64 .iso

If I'll be super pleased if able to use open-source shell/xterm on 
system to ssh into FOSS bastion host for open source programming.

osx10.4's terminal has been a good sport, but is starting to drop sessions..
