iBook G4 - wrong CPU speed?

This is probably a problem of the hardware itself and not caused
by FreeBSD. As far as I know, Macs reduce the CPU speed, e.g. if
the cooling is not working properly, but continue to run.
Something could be blocking the fan, or the fan has failed.
