Trying to install FreeBSD 8.2-RC1 on a PowerMac G5

This plus the USB problem looks like interrupts are malfunctioning to 
me, which is very likely a hardware problem. Does it run other operating 
systems (OS X, Linux) correctly? It's also possible there is some memory 
or CPU issue.
