Can FreeBSD run on FreeScale MPC8533E PowerQUICC III Processor?

Could you give me some more information on FreeBSD on MPC8533E? For example, is there any installation guide on FreeBSD document site?
BTW: I am working on build a powerful router based on this chipset.

The PQ3 is supported and FreeBSD should run on the MPC8533 chip itself, although there might be some work needed for the particular board / platform (we only support CDS and DS dev systems out of the box). What is the board you're going to use?
