What machine(s) is the PPC iso suposed to boot on?

The 'C' trick got it booting (I'm such a noob) -- but 7.0b4 still died at
"Error mounting /dev/ad0s9 on /mnt: Operation no permitted", after creating
the filesystems.

I'll download 6.2 RELEASE and see if it fares any better.
