creating ppc-bootimage

Ok, now I've found my serial cable and I have several BSD-Systems
(i386+) around it. I assume I had to compile kernel/world for use on
powerpc but I didn't find any target flags like I found on 4.x.

Is there a documentation/howto available so that I don't had to ask any
stupid question?
