www/caddy: Major version upgrade hanging without maintainer feedback

Hi,

The www/caddy port has an open bug with a patch to upgrade it to a new
major version (Bug 246623) [1]. The version that's currently in the
ports is not supported by upstream anymore.

The original patch was submitted over two months ago, but there has been
no response by the maintainer since then. Therefore, I just set
maintainer feedback to -.

I kindly request that someone takes a look at it to get a current
version into ports.
