I have in init.pre:
> country_db_type GeoIP2
> country_db_path /usr/local/etc/mail/spamassassin/GeoIP2/GeoLite2-City.mmdb
> loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::RelayCountry

But the error still occurs...
