Deprecating Skype ports

Where can I get the latest version ?

There is no need to remove skype4 port (yet). It works fine after sed(1) -  I'm using skype every day ;-)

also, 8.x is too buggy and looks ugly (i'm forced to use it on another laptop
with linux)
