setting port options for multiple ports

A port can only gonfigure it options not others. 

On the otherhand you can type "make config-recursive" at top level
port. "Top level port" is he port you want to install. This command
will configure all other ports, if any configuration options are
available for which top-level port is depending upon. I did not run
this command on "flavoured ports" so be careful.
