What the port license should be when software is "free for non-commercial use" with "click-to-accept" or clickwrap license?

One software package has the custom license text that users need to 
click-to-accept in order to install it.

Does 'pkg' support such license? Can it show the user the license text 
and ask the user to click "Agree" before installing the package?

If not, I think this is a good feature to have.
