accessibility/redshift: MAINTAINER wanted

Hi all,

Please step up if you're interested in becoming a maintainer for accessibility/redshift. It has languished for quite some time because newer versions required Python 3 and this was not feasible until we introduced Python FLAVORS support. Now that this exists it is easy to have packaged in our public repository, but I cannot test the updates at this time.
