Naming convention for etc/periodic/*/* files?

Just another data point, on my system there are two others:

/usr/local/etc/periodic/daily/dmidecode was installed by package
sysutils/dmidecode
/usr/local/etc/periodic/daily/sa-utils was installed by package
mail/sa-utils
