php56 and oniguruma

There was a patch for all PHP versions:
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=220598

Since i'm not the maintainer of PHP 5.6 i did not submit it for this 
version. But if wanted we can reconsider it and just open a revision/PR 
for this version.
