There are two ports:

sysutils/py3-iocage, @0.9.7, which requires python 3.6 and higher
and
sysutils/py-iocage, @0.9.5, which probably can be upgraded to 0.9.6
at most, due to the py3 requirement.

So, what's the problem with py3-iocage ?
