Request to commit distcc port fix

I've looked at the patch. It has ctrl-m at the end and it needs
some mangeling to apply the files/ rename. So it's not cookie-cutter
easy 8-}

I'll try to look into it in the next days. Sorry, the backlog of
open ports PRs is growing, so your PR is also part of that...
