edit: the error I get now when I try to rebuild an affected port singly is:

===>   p5-Socket-2.021 depends on package: perl5>=5.24<5.25 - found
===>  Configuring for p5-Socket-2.021
env: /usr/local/bin/perl5.24.1: No such file or directory
*** Error code 127

Stop.
make: stopped in /storage/usr/ports/net/p5-Socket
