The problem isn't anything to do with poudriere.

It was caused by a change to the checksum target in ports. The checksum
of a pre-existing file is tested and if it fails, the file is deleted
and a new version is downloaded. The point of this is presumably to
remove re-rolled distfiles. The problem is that a file that fails the
checksum is usually either a useful incomplete file from an interrupted
download, or a download in progress.
