Excellent.  Can you open a ticket at https://bugs.freebsd.org/
requesting the port be added, and attach the shar to it please?

However, before you do that, could you take the CVS directories out of
the .shar file?   They aren't any use in the ports tree.

Also, you;ve got the PORTREVISION set to 3, which is not correct for a
brand new port.

Apart from that, a very cursory inspection didn't turn up any other
obvious problems -- doesn't mean there aren't any, just that I didn't
see any in passing.  Whoever processes the Bugzilla ticket will check
things out far more thoroughly and may well ask you for further changes.
