[CFT] php7 for FreeBSD

Hi Martin, great job.
I noticed that php7-redis is not present. Does this exists ?
I will test it on my poudriere.

I also noticed the following error

make: "/usr/local/poudriere/ports/default/Mk/bsd.php.mk" line 367: Malformed conditional (${_USE_PHP_VER${PHP_VER}:M${:Uxml}} != "")
