PHP7 package?

I already have PHP 7 running in production. It builds from source quite
easily.

What I'm looking for is a package version so that in the future I can run

 pkg upgrade
or
 pkg upgrade php7x

without worrying about pkg make mysterious changes to my NON-pkg software.
