RT 4.4.x request

Matthew will no longer maintainer rt44, as he's no longer
using it, but other folks are working on it. There's a draft
port available in this PR:

and I'm working on getting it into the tree soonish.

And, where did you find the 4.4.2 ? The latest I see from their
download site is 4.4.0 ?
