port for letsencrypt ?

Hi Jason,

In order to build letsencrypt port are necessary the following ports
which actually are not into the ports tree.

- devel/py-repoze.sphinx.autointerface

- textproc/py-sphinxcontrib-programoutput
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=203190
