Can we bring back sysutils/cronolog?

Uh, my bad!

I haven't looked for an existing PR, but had seen the original author had an github account ...
Additional I placed the UID patch in PATCHDIR (it is ways smaller then many of our pkg-plist files)

Port was already updated some hours ago.
