I have a port for mongodb3-rc1. No more other mongodb3 ports though.
Here it is: ftp://ftp.wart.ru/pub/download/mongodb3.tar.gz

It works for me at CURRENT-amd64, did not test at other platforms.
Feedback is welcomed.
