Looking for port commiter: Bug 202205 - install examples in directory using python version

Hello all,

I wonder if somebody would be kind enough to commit the patch going with this PR:
  https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=202205

It was already approved by maintainer for some time and help using math/py-matplotlib with python3.
