mod_auth_xradius fails with apache-2.4

Hi Andreas,

I think this should be fixed after updating the ports tree.
There was an issue in Mk/bsd.apache.mk that was fixed yesterday.
If there are more ports failing, please remove the apache package from the pd package directory and also packages beginning with ap22-/ap24- and start a new build.

apache22 is set to default and was not honored by Mk/bsd.apache.mk,
this issue is fixed meanwhile.

There no www/apr_memcache port in the ports tree, try to build the original www/mod_auth_xradius port.

Test build on 8.4/10
