libiconv issue

I try to portupgrade and I get this error:

portupgrade -y phpMyAdmin-4.2.7.1

In /var/db/pkg I don’t see the libiconv folder.

So looks like is not on my system so I do:

cd /usr/ports/converters/libiconv
make install clean

And it shows:

===>   libiconv-1.14_4 is already installed

I then do:

make deinstall
make reinstall

and it says:

===>  Installing for libiconv-1.14_4
===>   Registering installation for libiconv-1.14_4

But still I can’t see it on /var/db/pkg

Any idea what is wrong?
